- 3 + years experience running all aspects of commercial, industrial, and institutional building construction.
- Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant discipline an asset.
- Familiar with estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, and material procurement.
- Must be well-organized and excel at managing multiple projects and priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Adept at conflict negotiations and providing resolutions.
- Able to build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
- Design-Build Commercia, and/or Industrial experience an asset
- Possess a thorough knowledge of building construction or industry experience.
- Must be well-organized and excel at managaing multiple projects and priorities.
- Follows procedures closely while working with minimal supervision.
- Excels at scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with strong attention to detail.
- Prodicient with contract documentation and required paperwork.
- Education in Civil Engineering or professional technologist preferred.
