This 172,000 sq. ft. high school is an impressive Tilt-Up Concrete structure, and is home to thirty-two academic and science classrooms, specialty teaching areas including technology education, business education, multimedia lab, and art studio.

Music and drama areas include fully equipped performance theatre, rehearsal rooms and audio visual installation.

Athletic facilities feature exterior playing fields for soccer, rugby and softball, track and field areas, exterior recreation amphitheatre, and basketball court. The interior sports amenities were constructed to incorporate a double gymnasium and fitness studios.

This high school is also fully air conditioned, with heating and cooling energy extracted from a ground source earth loop and delivered by 134 water-to-air unit heat pumps.

Windsor-West Hants High School is a sister school to Canning (Northeast Kings Education Centre), whose Tilt-Up Concrete shell was constructed by Lindsay two years prior. The Canning school was used as a model for the Windsor project with Lydon Lynch acting as architect for both facilities.

The Windsor project was a 120,700 sq. ft. structure with Lindsay constructing and tilting the 120 Tilt-Up Concrete panels.

The heaviest weighed 64,500 lbs., the tallest was 35 ft. 2 inches, and the widest was 44 ft. 11 inches.

The two-storey school, which houses students in grade 10-12, used 1,146 yards of concrete for the Tilt-Up portion, in addition to another 1,892 yards for a total of over 3,000.
