Gio
Working within a tight 8-week deadline, interior designers developed the concept, supplied blueprints, and worked closely with Lindsay Service Group to bring the concept for Gio to fruition.
The Lindsay team quickly set about removing the floor and demolishing the walls. It was a dramatic makeover, transforming a dark, outdated space to an inviting an contemporary restaurant within The Prince George Hotel.
A long, dramatic picture-stone bar creates a strong focal point upon entry, further enhanced by the illuminated acrylic wall panels mounted behind it. Round booths provide intimate and comfortable seating along the window-side of the restaurant with a 2-sided fireplace providing privacy to the raised dining level created for special gatherings.
The designers incorporated elements such as warm woods, silken draperies, and red pleather upholstery to create an elegant and comfortable space with global influences.

Perks Coffee Shop
This interior renovation for the lease holder at Mic Mac Mall gave Lindsay Service Group a chance to showcase a variety of in-house specialties.
Structural steel, millwork, flooring, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and sprinkler were combined in this 1,200 sq. ft. space flawlessly. These magnificent results can be attributed to design plans by Forma Designers Inc. and the combination of Lindsay and an excellent list of trade contractors.

Sushi
This project for Bento Nouveau was a small tenant fit-up at Halifax Shopping Centre which was ideal for Lindsay's Service Work Group.
The company - a main supplier of take-out and grocery-store sushi in Canada - had approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to renovate, and Lindsay reveled in the job which lasted just four weeks.
The main challenge was modifying a somewhat awkwardly shaped location within the food court. Lindsay was able to create Sushi's design encompassing a modern, Oriental-style with wood-faced eave, front counter, glass display case, and ceramic and wood flooring, all which came together to yield impressive results.
